Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for products purchased from our website. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to be eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product. If the product was purchased using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If the product was purchased using another payment method, the refund will be made to the customer’s bank account.

Shipping Policy
We use Delhivery as our primary courier for shipping all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected at checkout. We make every effort to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, but cannot guarantee delivery times.
